Driven by a broad creative vision, with a strong appreciation for fashion and a regular presence within artistic circles, Antoine combines a degree in Entrepreneurial Management and a Master’s degree in Human Resources with experience in retail and extensive generalist HR expertise gained within a leading French retail group. He joined LBR in 2019, at the very beginning of the agency.
Working alongside Juliette on recruitment expertise, he has played an active role in developing the company’s business, bringing his vision for structuring the team and its processes.
His HR expertise and strong sense of rigor have enabled him to establish a genuine corporate culture within the agency, while also expanding recruitment activities into operational and Executive Committee positions. He naturally became a partner in 2024, embodying the organizational counterpart to Juliette.
