JULIETTE POURRAT

Founder, Managing Director

Very early on, I oriented my career towards a relational profession: recruitment. Formative experiences within large structures such as Michael Page or Randstad reinforced my choice and allowed me to acquire solid foundations. However, it was within a niche recruitment agency specializing in fashion that I truly found my calling.

For 7 years, I developed in-depth expertise in creative professions while building a network of more than 10,000 professionals.

I then joined a consulting agency specializing in retail, where I enriched my distribution culture and adopted a more rigorous working method. However, I also experienced a culture shock there: my instinctive and human vision of recruitment sometimes conflicted with a more standardized approach to the world of consulting. It was the encounters, my conviction and this instinctive approach that ultimately charted my path.

In 2018, I founded Les Belles Rencontres or LBR, an agency in my image, dedicated to recruiting and supporting profiles in the creative industries. The agency now works for large luxury groups, fashion or interior design brands and DNVBs for the recruitment of their creative, strategic and operational teams. It also offers organizational consulting, leveraging more than 15 years of expertise and in-depth knowledge of the professions and challenges of the sector.

At the same time, I work with the IFM or ESMOD on various subjects, such as the employability of students, personal branding or other themes such as the notion of freelance work for example. Very active on Linkedin, I regularly share my vision of work, developments in the creative industries sector and the HR thoughts that drive me. With more than 15,000 subscribers, my network allows me to contribute to debates that matter to our sector.

Beyond its missions, LBR organizes unique events to encourage meetings in warm and inspiring settings. At a time when digital occupies a preponderant place in recruitment, and where professional relationships have sometimes become dehumanized, LBR defends a philosophy that puts humanity and authenticity at the heart of exchanges.

This vision resonates today more than ever.
